Thank you for shopping with Wearperx. By placing an order, you agree to the policy outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and transparency for all returns and refunds within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must:
Be in the same condition you received it
Be unworn, unused, with original tags
Be in the original packaging
Include proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email)
B. Need a Return Label?
No return label in the box? No problem. Simply contact us at support@wearperx.com, and we’ll walk you through the return or exchange process.
C. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@wearperx.com with the following details:
Order number and your full name
Proof of purchase (e.g., screenshot of your order confirmation)
Reason for return
Photos or a short video showing the issue (required for defective items)
Once your return is received and verified (typically within 24 hours of arrival), we’ll confirm via email. Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 14 days, and your bank or credit card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the credit.
D. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, is the wrong product, or not the size you ordered, we’re happy to help. Please email support@wearperx.com with clear photos or a video of the issue, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund. You will not be charged for return shipping on defective or incorrect items.

We offer free exchanges for the following cases:
Wrong size delivered
Defective or damaged items
Incorrect item shipped

F. Refunds
Once your return is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s processed. Please note, depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
G. Order Cancellations
Need to cancel? We accept cancellations within 4 hours of placing your order for a full refund. After that, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
⚠️ Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the address is incorrect and the delivery fails, the customer will be responsible for any resulting loss.
