By placing an order through Wearperx, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure a clear, fair, and transparent process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds. Our goal is to give every customer confidence when shopping with us. A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered. If a product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return within this period. To qualify:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged (unless damaged during shipping).
Products must include original tags and packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt, order email, or confirmation screenshot) is required.
These requirements ensure returned items remain in resellable condition and help us maintain high-quality standards for all customers.
B. No Return Label Included
We do not include physical return labels to help reduce waste. If you need to start a return:

Once your return is received and inspected—typically within 24 hours—we will notify you of approval. Refunds are usually issued within 14 days, though banks may require an additional 3–5 business days to process the transaction.
D. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

After verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

F. Refunds
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Processing times depend on your bank.
G. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed for a full refund. After this period, your order may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
