Shipping Policy
At Wearperx, we are committed to ensuring every order placed on wearperx.com is delivered quickly, safely, and with the highest level of care. This Shipping Policy explains how WEARPERX LLC manages order processing, shipping methods, and delivery procedures for all online purchases.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended — but we always provide timely updates to keep you informed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We work with trusted carriers to provide fast and reliable delivery across the U.S.
Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.
Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)
Delivery times may vary depending on weather, carrier delays, or your location.
Shipping Coverage
Wearperx ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
The assigned carrier
Your tracking number
A direct link to track your package in real time
Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and responsibility transfer to you once the carrier accepts the package. If the carrier marks your order as “Delivered,” the delivery is considered complete.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing:
Verify that your shipping address is correct
Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff
Contact the carrier using your tracking information
If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at support@wearperx.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
We will help investigate the issue. For stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier. While replacements are not guaranteed, we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Address Policy
If an order is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you immediately. You may choose to:
Reship the order (additional shipping charges may apply)
Request a refund (shipping fees are non-refundable)
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages for faster processing. Each package will have its own tracking number.
